Please change code to allow weapon set to be modded on server side only in MP.

Since we cannot at the moment get a satisfactory AP simulation in multiplayer can 1C please change the server code in multiplayer to allow a single matching weapon parameter file to be used/required by all players on a particular server.    This will allow the server admins to set the weapons to work as they would like and make it apply to all players on the server.

No need to fix, singleplayer guys get easy mode flying axis.
