Quest 2 super laggy after computer wipe.

I had to wipe my computer.   It sucked.  I had to redo mods, skins, and joystick bindings.  When I fired it up it worked for 2 quick missions, then It got all laggy and jittery and jumpy.   I  removed all mods and tried again.  same thing happened.  It’s like something possessed it.  I’m using  link cable with a GTX 1660ti. Prior to the wipe, it worked fine.  Any help would be appreciated.

Might check is Windows Hardware Accelerated GPU Scheduling is turned on? That cause me all manner of problems. 

 

Thud's VR4DCS has a ton of VR tweaks and optimizations to try for just about any headset.

I have something similar. I think it may be caused by recent windows updates. I read a lot of topics on MSFS forum, and they suggested installing all the recent updates including optional ones. I did just that last night and it seemed that it fixed my issues. But I didnt do much testing, it was very late in the night.
