Please confirm this is an egregious bug, and I'm not missing something

I've just purchased IL2BOS, Tank Crew, and 2 campaigns through Steam. Upon launching the game, I was asked to link my account, which I did. I can double check that this is working, because I can sign-in on "IL2Sturmovik.com" through my steam account, and "https://il2sturmovik.com/account/steam/connect/" points to my profile. When I start the game, there is absolutely no content available. Everything is locked, including the campaigns I purchased. Clicking on them tells me I need to buy the base game, and the corresponding (already owned) DLC. Even quick missions don't work—as apparently—I don't own anything.

At this point, I don't really want to mess around with the game too much, as I am unfortunately considering having to refund the game. I've already sent in a ticket, but I'm not willing to wait very long (especially with the amount I paid for this, and that I've never seen such an egregious bug in any other game).

Are there any decent support venues? A phone line, and/or a live chat? I couldn't find anything like that. Is there something obvious I'm missing? I've seen older forum posts mention having to register keys from steam, but I think this is no longer the case, and I don't seem to have any keys. Yes, this was a direct steam purchase, hence my considering a refund; these aren't grey market buys.

Thanks, any and all help is appreciated!

[UPDATE 1] I have been instructed to delete my savefolder, and verify the files through steam, which I did, and as expected, it did not resolve the issue. I imagine this is an automated reply, so I will give it one more shot.

If you bought it on Steam you need to launch it from Steam. Do that and show us you have no content please. Do not launch by any other method.

There is no need for doing anything else with keys.

In addition (correct me if I'm telling something wrong)

The 'account linking' (steam and IL2 direct)

works only in one direction

and is only needed in case you bought contend on steam AND directly from IL2

After using that (because you bought any content on steam)

ALL owned contents will be linked to your steam account

and from that time on you MUST start the game by using steam...

This is what I have been told by support, and it's the only way I've ever launched the game. KatUGZz.jpeg

Your account system seems to be at fault since it is incorrectly reporting that I have not launched the game.

I've just made my account after purchasing the game through steam. I didn't have an IL2 account, nor have I ever bought anything on the IL2 store.

I have the base game, Blazing Steppe, and Volga. Unfortunately, I have refunded the Tank Crew expansion since I am no longer confident I will ever get access to it.

Here's an updated screenshot, with my name included in it if that matters for some reason.

I am 100% confident you will get access to everything :)

Seems like an odd bug. Be a little patient and it will be resolved. This is not the norm.
