France will follow in a couple of weeks. The remaining areas will be added over the next couple of years: Belgium, Netherlands, Denmark, Norway, Finland, Poland and Czechoslovakia, Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria, Yugoslavia, Greece, Albania, Italy, North Africa, the Baltics, Russia.We trust that the readership will find these fascinating and useful.LdZDGS
