How to define the position of technochat and similar information boxes?

I'm playing on a ultra widescreen resolution with 5120×1440 pixels. Is it possible to define the position of the technochat and other message boxes? It's a small problem on my setup, because when I move my head to read the informations, my headtracker moves the pilot head too :).

 

Other games try to focus the HUD in the middle of the screen just to make it easier to spot informations without moving the head.
