Battle of Bodenplatte

Dear 'flyers' all - I have bought BOB and despite many emails from the support team I CANNOT get it to fully load up. Any thoughts what may be happening or what Im doing wrong much appreciated. I log on to my personal site, download the game installer and click on it to begin install of the sim. The loading begins - long red line showing its progress but right at the end of the final install the red line comes to a halt just before completion with the words 'Failed to update'. I've done as instructed and deleted the update file in the game, complete re-install, turned off windows defender and Avast virus checker but get the same result??

am really on the point of asking for my money back. 

any ideas anyone?? Malcolm

@Oranges123*, please delete all files from the updates(il2\updates) folder and try installing il2 again.
