How do I get these to show up on mine, or do they not apply to steam purchases?

Unless of course the OP bought his while the different modules were on sale. In that case he could do up to 85% fewer days of fasting, Hail Mary’s, tear drinking and best of all, less seal clubbing.

No, that's 50% more penance if you bought it on sale. You have to pay somehow.
