Instead of posting a new topic for each new video I will just create one catch all where I will post every time I'll squeeze something out. Starting with this:

 

The bit at the end where my engine gets set on fire and then the fire spreads to the entire wing is what made me create this. I did not notice the massive fire until the entire wing was aflame, I thought that it was just the engine smoking and dying and that is all. I wonder what did the Spit hit to cause that. The damage model impresses me more each day.

Made this compilation of bomber intercepts on TWC. It demonstrates that rear gunners while dangerous ultimately cannot save unescorted bombers from DOOM.

Nice maneuvering to get on the tail of the Hurri... the G.50 handily outrolls the Hurricane...  ?

 

Unfortunately the G.50 is also far more touchy when it comes to the stall... you can lose it quickly.

 

So you need to handle it gently when you are the edge of the maneuver envelope or bad things happen...  ???

Thanks for the advice.

In this case I managed to put myself in situation when the crash was inevitable stall or not. I simply did not have the altitude to do split s.

Luftwaffe pilots had their pay docked for damaging aircraft. 90 days pay was quite common for damaging the machine. Then too... developers seem to have no experience flying tail draggers in windy conditions. They should spend a season in Lubbock Texas flying spray planes... particularly empty ones... to get the feel for how it works.

If I flew irl as I do in il-2 I would be way too dead to worry about 90 days pay cut

Recently I had a very nice mision on TWC where I used the radar plotting map to locate and intercept two separate bombing raids.

The Beaufighter with its massive ammo supply is ideal to shoot these poor unescorted bombers.

Nice video! Inspired me to fly the Beau as well. It just needs light fighter escort to protect it against enemy escort.
