As always, back up the OEMs. :)

This is a B&W photo of an Fw190 in a frame with medals and rank tabs presented as if laid on it on a table.
All the medals (in the picture frame) auto-generate as per the OEM setup.

To get this (the left side stuff) you need to be proficient with photoshop (or similar) and manage it manually. :)
