2 examples of IL 2 running

When I shut down IL 2 I get the config pool error but when I have to go to task manager I find 2 instances of IL 2 running

I notice that on loading the IL 2 screen stutters and the red bar begins to load again.

I also seem to be running 5 instances of Steam 32 bit

Any known issues?
