Transfer completed campaigns from 1C Studios IL2 to Steam IL2?

Though I now buy everything from the IL2 Store I started out in Steam and unfortunately to use ALL my content I need to run from Steam. I played the entire Lightning Strikes campaign from the IL2 install, is there a way to copy that over to Steam so I can fly any (completed) mission from the campaign or must I re-run the entire campaign again in Steam? There were a few missions I really enjoyed, would like to fly them again..
