I have not a clue about this. I think we're currently on the Kuban map, campaign date is July 1942. I know there's a huge hole in the Western Front options with Normandy not implemented into the game yet. Is there another Eastern Front map to come, that takes us up to Bodenplatte? And does it automatically kick in or do we have to manually transfer to a unit that flew on the Western Front? Any insights welcome, lol. :)

The question I forgot...is it possible to choose to stay on the Eastern Front to the end of the war and not do Bodenplatte?

TIA ?

I have created a faux Eastern Front 1944 and 1945.  I reuse the Stalingrad and Rhine maps for those scenarios.  Missing most late war Russian planes but lots of the 1943 types that we have soldiered on through the war.  If you are flying Eastern Front you will seamlessly enter those scenarios in 1944.  Once you get to September of 1944 you can transfer to the West (even as a Russian pilot - I do not place restrictions).

French pilots can start with Normandie in the east and then move to free French in the west.

Once we have Normandy I am going to push the western campaign back as far as possible, which probably means 1942.  Seamless transfer already exists in PWCG, so transferring from east to west and back again will be possible at any time there are actually units on a map.
