Wow! An original beta version! That is quite the collectable. The closest I have is a CD with the original demo on it (the one that only had three aircraft). I bought a magazin to get it (maybe PC Gamer)... same era, but not as rare or interesting...

I had 1, 3, 5, 6, 7, ...original IL2 FB in a hard cardboard box , immaculate, bought IL2-46, 4 times, got that much use, wasnt there a PE2 and bomber variant add-on D/L that caused some people troubles with their CD-Roms?

 

 Still using the Rig I bought especially for IL2 and MSCFS3...unfortunately I fitted a Samsung cdrom after the great Lite CDrom packed in, now I cant play it via cdrom cause of that crappy SW protection...
