How do I use a custom profile photo for career mode?

I don't like the fake looking ones, is there a way I can use a custom one instead?

As far as is known - no. Just scroll through the composite stock horrors until you get the ugliest one you can find and select him. That's all the amusement I can find in those abominations.

Yeah I did a bit of looking around through the forum regarding the career portrait. Even just getting to the files is challenging lol Weird tbh, don't understand why they won't just use real pics or at least make it easy to create custom ones
