Can we please have a dorsal fin for the D-28?

Too common, way too common of a mod for it to not be in BP. Plus it would make sense for the late war and early period rather than having to create a whole D-30 or M. Maybe in the future? Noticing all the other great field modifications we've gotten (clipped wings, different props) as IL-2 progresses appears that it could make it possible. I am aware of the matter of resources and time this would take, but again, maybe in the future.

This would be really cool and it also looks great. I hope they add this but it will probably require some modelling work, skin adjustments and flight modelling for a small feature

It would make an already perfect plane even better!!The modification was so common once pilots noticed the instability and the way the devs implement mods is such an amazing attention to detail! I was so happy that we got such nice mods for the Typhoon which made me believe that ONE mod could perhaps be plausible. I really do hope for it in the future!! I've been wanting it since day one of BoBPs announcement! ?

Are there different types of fillets? One appears blended and the other is flatter at the front tip.

YES!! i think iirc that some had a more rounded end like we find on the N but the rounded fins were rare on D and M models and others (the more common ones) just blended in with the empennage! I'm sure more people have more knowledge about it than me.
