external camera not stable

Hi, when I press F2 (flying He-111) the external camera keeps moving slightly  (like if the plane is jumping in the air due wind or something)/ Is there a way how I can keep the camera perfectly still ? (for example when I want to make sideview of landing)

Go to Settings -> Camera and remove the tick from Cinematic feature
