switching position to gunner make gun move whit out any input from me

so wen i switch to gunner seat the gun will move a bit whit out me giving any input to it , i noticed that if i use joystick to control the turret that problem is not there , is there a way to fix this problem whit input setting ? 
sadly cannot post trk.file to show the problem 
i think the problem is caused because mouse is also controlling the view  .
