AI weird behaviour at mission start

As per attached screenshot, quite often I see AI flight leader going crazy back on the runway, crashing against other mates. Mission start set on runway. Here the relevant PWCGerrorlog.txt file:

there are quite a few missions in your zip, which one are you talking about?

think I remember something about the AI having trouble with snow in recent posts between Patrick and someone else............can't remember if it was runway or cold start missions but

Yes, I can confirm the AI difficulty in snow and ice conditions. I moved to 'Runway Start' from the Taxi to Takeoff option hoping that would solve the problem but some of the flight failed to even get off from the runway and ended up either doing donuts on the spot or nosing into the ground.

I have seen the same.  This needs to be posted in the Complaints section.  The AI seems to be having issues on takeoff in some conditions, and, unfortunately, it seems to be more than just snow.

I think it is useless, given my previous experiences. There is a "gang of defenders" that denies the comments of the customers, attacks them and laughs at them, denying any possible solution. Right now, for instance, I interrupted a mission (in career mode) where the planes had to take off with the crosswind, although there was another correctly oriented runway available (problem that I have already reported without having an answer), and the leader (AI) did not succeed to take off: I left it continuing to pirouette on the runway ...

For the record, I've reported errors as a tester and NEVER gotten a reply. Typically the solution appears without mention in a subsequent build. Not always. And sometimes, these errors get fixed only to reappear in a different set of circumstances. 

 

My suggestion: In the next build see if you can replicate your crosswind problem. If you can, post your report again and PM me. I'll repost it in the tester forum.
