I figured that there’s no reason not to start collecting ideas for the recently announced Luftstreitkräfte fighter ?

Ironically, Beckhardt is one of the most famous Jewish fighter pilots to have served in the Luftstreitkräfte.

Interesting, looks like it’s all natural metal and wood except for a blue band containing the ‘Lo!’, two white stripes to the rear, and a lozenge rudder?

 

The national markings look a bit out of place, though - wasn’t that iron cross design replaced with the balkenkreuz sometime around March-April 1918?

 

Regardless, looks like it would be great as a skin!
