Cockpit skin (not the photo)

Where do I find templates / assets for the cockpit / gauges? I checked the game folders but could only find a normal map for the external skin as well as the cockpit photo. Downloading a template from here also only contained an external skin.

I need to get rid of the imperial units (translate to metric) and I also want to change the green tint to something more neutral.
