Hello

This question is addressed to developers I did not know where to put this question

Why there no Sales promotions on sets of simulators? For example, a combined sale of the "flying circus"  1 + 2

Thank you very much for answering this question

Flying Circus 2 is not even released yet. They generally don't put unreleased content into sales, especially since it already has a discount during the EA period. Other than that, everything else is already heavily discounted in the current sale. What more do you expect?! ?  If you want two products at once, but them both at once.

We haven't seen 1CGS do bundle sales previously but I'm sure when Flying Circus Vol 2 has been released we'll gradually see it pick it up some sale prices on its own.

1CGS has been typically very generous with sale prices which means that bundle packs haven't really been necessary. Flying Circus Vol 1 now regularly goes for 50% off during a sale and the original Battle of Stalingrad gets 85% regularly. That's pretty good.

But Vol 2 won't see any discounts past the current one until at least a few months after its complete.

I think they don't do a big mixed promotion because many people already have one or two modules... so the promotion would mean re-buying something they already have. Instead they just do sales in increasing amounts based on how long people have waited post-release to get it (70%, 50%, 33%, 15%)... it isn't really that the modules are out of date, just that people who've waited four years without getting it usually aren't as interested (or can't afford the full price as easily). So, it is actually much more flexible and very affordable the way they currently have it (even if it doesn't encourage getting everything with one's first purchase).

I was looking for a coupon code for Flying Circus Volume I. Thanks for any assistance with this. If i could get Volume II as it cost less, but as i am thinking that i have to have volume I before volume II is this correct?

Nope. Unless your using the game through Steam you can have whatever you want. No modules are prerequisites. Be aware though that FC2 is in development so at the moment you would only have access to two planes and no map.

I never regretted buying FC1 (as pre-order even). That Bristol is a must have iMO.

Bought RoF also after FC1 in a sale; there are many more planes in that plus a Channel map and many more specific ground targets..

Quite a bunch of 3rd party mods to add to the fun.

If you buy form the the IL-2 site you help the development of the games and steam doesn't take a cut.  This means more money for them to make more toys! :)
