This can already be done by  mission makers if they wanted to, not really a developer item.  All they would need to do is  put in some   cargo drop-points that could be made active to do Refuel/Repair/Re-Arm  after a drop has been made on the point.   It would just depend on if the mission maker has the time or the inclination to do such a thing

A built in system would be more intuitive and enjoyable in my opinion. It would allow more intuitive tactics and more uses for cargo planes.

You could also set up a system were you get points for resupplying Cargo Points

I would also like droppable AT paratroopers to mess around with tanks, but I don't believe that will ever happen

As already mentioned, it is really up to the mission designer/server host to implement this on the map, but it might be useful to have this as a dynamic feature/function of the radio operator position/command menu item list. If you are nowhere near a RRR point on the map, or if the map you are on does not include them, you could radio for support to your position. This could also be limited to the number of times a player would be able to do this per spawn.

Yes i like the idea to give the Radio operator a function, maybe if you call a supply drop, to all the cargo planes players, it shows on the map a Circle marking a radius of where maybe the tank is so it isn´t 100% effective and sometimes it shows wrong place to make it harder.

Also planes with radio can get the data like the BF-110, a cool new addition is that you can mark a point to every plane with radar (of your team) and put a radius of where a enemy tank can be on the map.

That's an amazing idea!
