using "Restricted" ensignia

ok, i have some skins downloaded and they say optional, in game they are the standard ones, how do i choose?

On the skin selection tab, it says "official".  Click on that and a "custom" tab will open up, your custom skins should appear there, assuming you put the downloaded skins in the correct folders in the appropriate files.

yea thats not a prob :), its just that some that says optional on the download, when downloaded and added to plane are still the edited ones, wondering if theres something needed elswhere to get them un edited?

load the skin downloader,click on options and tick uncensored restricted symbols
