I'm pretty sure this has been covered before but before I drop a heap of $$ on a full Virpil set-up to replace my X52, I'd like to be convinced that the analogue stick on either the joystick or throttle can be configured to use as a mouse input. I use TrackIR so only use the little mouse stick on the X52 for panning around externally. Some reports are that the Virpil analogue sticks are clunky used this way which would be real disappointing.

I don't know exactly about mouse input, but:

I have the mini stick on the CM3 throttle configured as both axis and buttons.

I use it for TDC Axis Slew in the Hornet in DCS.

I also use it for panning around exterior view by utilizing the buttons I have assigned to it.

Very easy to do in the Virpil software.
