Is there a way to change my account email. Tried searching the forum and various tabs on the website but I am unable to find anything. Maybe anyone has similar issue and can help. Thanks in advance.

I have a guy desperately waiting for my IL2 BOS account offer, and I can't hand him my IL2 BOS Founder account because: 1) I am unable to change my account email 2) I am unable to change my game ID Sent a new email to support ( opened a ticket ) but the answer I received the last time only mentioned how to change the forum ID...

The first one is only to change my user name, but not my account name (which is my old email adress) The second one . . . I wrote to the support twice already, they didn't even care to answer. SAS_Storebror Posted January 26, 2018 Posted January 26, 2018 Maybe the support didn't get what you want, like I understood that by "change my account name" you mean "change my account name" and not "change my login name". You could try to be patient, rephrase you request or contact one of the Staff people who chip in frequently. The latter in past days would have been Zak, but these days probably PM'ing BlackSix is much more promising. Cheers! Mike

Indeed it is through https://il2sturmovik.com/support/ They replied relatively quickly and asked for screenshots on my purchases and license keys. Then they changed the account name. It's working fine. This took no more than 2 days.
