MOD: No Dummy Explosions on Arras and Stalingrad Maps

NO DUMMY EXPLOSIONS modification for IL2 Great Battles on Arras and Stalingrad Maps.
Mod by JollyJack May 2021, tested for game version 4.601b

This mod removes all those sometimes irritating dummy explosions on the ARRAS and Stalingrad maps.
It has been tested, but it could be that the mod also influences other emitter driven graphic effects;
NO WARRANTIES !!   Please install it with JSGME so that you can revert back easily.

I was hoping someone would make this mod one day. Thanks, much better without those, and I haven't noticed any problems so far.
