emulate a joystick

my question is simple: do you know a simple software that would allow you to emulate a joystick with a mouse?

to have something similar to this :

The in game mouse control do just this, use de mouse movements like a joystick. So mouse back, elevator back and etc.

thank you, but it's not for use in an airplane, it's for use in a tank: with the mouse, the view is automatically refocused, which kills the game, and there is no solution ... playing the joystick avoids this problem, but I would rather keep my mouse and emulate the joystick ...
