Functions

 

Hardware of MPU-6050 captured axis:

- Head rotation (yaw)

- Tilt forward and back (pitch)

- Tilt left and right (roll)

By clicking buttons the software calculated virtual axis offsets X and Y.

 

Pros (over camera solutions)

 

Small price components, free software;

No freezes and signal delay;

No limitations on the distance to the monitor or tracking camera;

Low CPU load (about 1-2%);

Controller firmware updated without external equipment;

 

 

Cons  (IMO) - over LED assembly

More complex soldering
