Short answer no.

But you can adjust the snap views to look where you want to.  While holding the key down, move the view around to where you want it and hit F 10 to save it.

Also there is another set of views named pilot head modifier upper/lower/custom.  Custom looks at the instrument panel, upper looks straight up and lower straight down.  I have used the lower view for various views in different planes.  The wing fuel gauge on the yaks, floor fuel gauge on p51, p40 etc.

I took the upper view and set it for another view towards the upper left rear to verify it would work for you and set a new binding for it.  Look right tail high (2), for left tail high (shift 2)

Hum!

Like a real newbie, I can't manage to set the view (up) (numpad 0 original setting) to see the tail a little , even using the keys: insert, pgup etc .... But it is better than nothing.

?

Disable trackir/vr, then you can use the mouse/keys/zoom freely
