Attention!  Combined Arms Pilots and Tankers!

 

We are expanding our air combat initiative to include a greater focus on the future of Great Battles which we perceive as a Combined Arms approach to historical combat.  SCG has led the way in creating a combined arms battlefield environment in working together with our SCG ground and air combat units.

 

SCG was the first Squadron to create an organized and dedicated Panzer Unit, with our 9./Pz.Rgt.GD.  During our more serious and simulation side of combat we use a disciplined tactical and communication approach which has resulted in a formidable, armored unit.  In addition, our air combat units have routinely scored top five standing within the Tactical Air War server.  We have been conducting in-house combined arms missions for over 2 years now and consider ourselves well versed in air and ground mission driven combat.

 

We believe the future of air combat will have a more pronounced focus on combining both air and ground units to simulate real time mission driven combat with realistic combined arms cooperation, using historical communication and tactical planning.  We further believe that forging good relationships with existing Squadrons, such as ours with JG1, will create a greater player pool and bridge the gap in assembling larger numbers of players for our weekly 3 hour combat scenarios.
