Working Windshield Wiper for Flak Vehicles

I noticed that the wiper is modeled, but it doesn't have an animation. I was playing on Finnish Virtual server in the rain, and it woulda been very helpful ?

It absolutely is animated, so there might be an issue with it in MP.
