AI Cannot take off in snow on rough airfields

Mission to reproduce attached. Have seen this more than once. The combination of snow and some airfields causes the AI to spin out and crash on takeoff. The attached mission is a good example. The lead AI spins out immediately and pretty much smashes up the rest of the flight.
