Unable to bind "increase and decrease" values to hotas switches.

I recently purchased battle for normandy and am rebinding all my keys(why do I even have to?). I have a Thrustmaster warthog throttle and when trying to bind any function with an increase/decrease value such as engine turbosupercharger control it simply doesn't let me do it with any of my switches because returning the switch to center binds both values to the same button instead of letting me bind the opposite button to the "decrease" function. It's really frustrating and I'm sure I'm not the first one to encounter it. Does anyone have a workaround?

I've made it work by moving the button really fast. Takes several tries sometimes. You can also manually edit the file. I forget which one it is... but a search on controls mapping should bring it up... or someone else will probably chime in.

Thanks, I was able to work around it by holding the initial position on my hotas and then clicking the bind action in game. Releasing the button bound the first position then moving the switch aft bound the second action. Maybe one of these days they'll get around to improving the binding system.

Probably not likely. I would love to see a complete makeover of the controller setup GUI.
