Gametrix JetSeat Control Panel test doesn´t work: SOLVED

I have been a happy user of JetSeat for almost a year, but just few weeks (when changed my power supply unit to 1000W) ago it didn´t work as it should. All other devices works correctly.

Once it started to vibrate it doesn´t stop.

 

So I just went to test the basic Gametrix app (no IL-2 or Simshaker running) to test the vibration individually:

 

 

When I press just 1 motor, (any of them) all the JetSeat starts to vribrate.

When pressing different motors it seems that something in the vibration change but all motors are vibrating.

Whne I press the Turnn Off button it doesn´t stop.

I have to switch off the power switch if the gametrix controller.

 

I have tried to uninstall all gametrix software and also different USB port of the PC.

 

I really lost here.

 

Does anyone experience something similar?

I have tried to reload the firmware as explained here. And it solved the problem.

 

Andre, in the step 4 of the firmware you could indicate that it is the POWER OFF of the hand controller (the switch). Just in case someone could think it is the power cable supply to power off.
