The Lack of Squad System for IL2 Sturmovik?

I've been thinking about this for a long time. I think the problem with IL2 sturmovik is the lack of integrated squad system that encourages or forces players to fly together in a squad, but instead the game depends on 3rd party communication software like Discord, Teamspeak, and SRS. I'm not criticizing these 3rd party software in any way, but my only problem to them is they add more complicated procedures for just "squadding" up together especially for new players.

In an integrated squad system, players can create squads and join them they can also communicate/type inside that squad bubble, the option to have a team/squad leader, team leader can kick or invite squads, and team leaders can communicate with other squad's team leaders. Imagine all the possibilities for a large scale coordination in a server.

I'm basing this analogy from the game "Squad" it's a military shooter that encourages from a large scale coordination to squad based coordination.  The game has its own communication feature exactly like I've mentioned above, and it works really well especially with new players because it encourages them to actually join and cooperate inside a squad. I'm thinking if we have this feature we might get players to join up together in separate groups without making players to join or be recruited in clans or in private groups. Currently there's just too many procedures for just flying together in the game.

I'm pushing through this feature because I think this might also be a small part solution for IL2's very low player base online.

Majority of newcomers will feel intimidated in multiplayer because of well coordinated groups, and clans that use their private communications, That's why I think most players of IL2 just stick to single player or just don't play it anymore.

I'm not saying that clans and private groups are wrong, clans are actually the ones that keeps online games alive for decades and I appreciate these. But I just wanted to encourage newcomers or solo flyers to fly with groups without the hassle of getting into a 3rd party software or the need to be recruited in clans.

The game itself is already complicated enough for newcomers so devs should at least consider implementing an integrated squad system that is simplified enough for new comers to operate with. I think it's time to get out of the "clan based barrier" type of game and lets encourage more random players to group up and cooperate. Just like in (the game) Squad

SRS is partially integrated into the game, and is pretty simple to use.

Seeing as the players are in majority responsible for the servers, stat tracking and almost everything else outside of the game in terms of Multiplayer... It wouldn't make sense would it??

Sorry but I was actually looking for the term dedicated squad and communication system, not integrated. The game needs a communication feature that's actually in the base game. SRS and discords are good 3rd party software but that's not enough to force the whole community to squad up and communicate. Just imagine (just a rough example) if IL2 doesn't have a dedicated chatbox for multiplayer and relies solely on 3rd party software, the potential of players chatting and cooperating in a server will be greatly reduced.

Yes a lot of games may depend on 3rd party servers in multiplayer but that doesn't limit them from having a dedicated squad/communication system just like the games "Squad" and "ARMA". It's impressive enough to see these two games with hundreds of random players in a server that plays well coordinated most of the time even without clans/private groups, and I believe having dedicated squad/communication feature is one of the key factors of it.

Which would make sense but multiplayer is kinda in second seat to single player, would be super to have a more thoroughly integrated chat system, but really almost no sims do.

I mean it's always been 3rd party.
