Oculus rift s Device not detected

I’ve tried all the fixes and when I start to play il 2 after taking all the recommended steps I still get a massage telling my me to quit or restart steam vr because I devise cannot be detected. I have no such problems on other games.

I have this issue also quite often. Only cure that I have found  is to to take usb & display cable out and then plugin usb + display It might need to be repeated two times.
