Need help with buttons

Guys

1st I need to use left shift and left ctrl as buttons as I used to use them as throttle and as it is multi tasking button I couldn't set them as buttons is there any way to remove it?

I also tried macrogaming but it also doesn't let me to use those buttons. I just want left shift throttle up, left ctrl throttle down.

 

2nd I want to use one button for zooming.

I push once zoom in, push again zoom out. 

 

Being have to keep pushing for zooming is uncomfortable as I cannot aim properly while keep pushing another button.

And I don't have many buttons so I cannot use two separate controls for zoom in and zoom out.

 

All I need is a just one button you push once you zoom in and again zoom out.

I don't think any of that is possible. Maybe with an add on program; see the hardware folder for info there.
