Steam key already in use

After seeing that IL-2 Clifs of Dover bundle is on sale (Clod + Torbruk) I decided to buy the game on Gamersgate (https://www.gamersgate.com/DD-IL-2-STURMOVIK-DOVER-BUNDLE/il-2-sturmovik-dover-bundle).
However, I received a Steam key that was already in use. If an authorized mod sends me a PM I can forward him all the necessary information (Steam keys, order number, etc.). Have already sent Gamersgate support a message but no reply yet.

 

Had hoped to be flying above the channel by now!

Team Fusion does not manage or control the sales of the game... and even 1C Games does not control the sales on the Gamersgate site.

 

If Gamersgate sold you an incorrect Steam key, then you need to take it up with them.  They are an independent 3rd Party Seller, not controlled by either 1C or TF.  They purchase Steam Keys wholesale and then re-sell them at a slight discount with a small margin.

 

Most likely they sent you an incorrect key... and they should replace it if you have a receipt for your purchase.

 

TF generally recommends that players buy from STEAM if they want a guaranteed refund if dissatisfied and strong customer support.
