The Dedicated Bomber Squadron and the AOC are proud to present WAR ELEPHANTS! with hosting by ITAF.

 

Friday, April 30
1800 GMT, 1900 London, 2000 Paris, 1400 NewYork

 

WAR ELEPHANTS! will be a fight between two teams of HE-111 pilots and crew.

 

 

There are 35 spaces available on each team. To sign up, simply replay in this thread with the words "Sign me up! RED/BLUE" and join the AOC Discord.

Rules

• All players must be present on the AOC Discord.
• Each team will have a base to take off from.
• Blue Players must use the Default Skin and Red players must use the "White" skin.
• Each bomber must have a full crew of humans before it takes off. Pilots must check they can not change seats before takeoff.
• Players may bomb, strafe, crash or use any other tactic to shut down the opposing airfield and win the match
• Have fun and don't take the event too seriously

Thanks to [DBS]Browning for organizing an He-111 super-size fun event. I ran the gamut from letter-box view (side gunner), big-sky view (front gunner), and upside-down view (aerobatic pilot) during the quest to keep everyone in the plane alive. It's a great experience to fly with a all-human crew. I'll definitely be back for more next year if this event is on the menu.

 

Also a big thanks to the Combat Box folks for stepping in at the last minute with server support.
