Download of game client doesnt work.

So I bought this game recently and I downloaded it overnight. When I woke up i saw that, I had 78 gigs out of 28 gigs downloaded. I restarted the program, and this time it started all over agin. When it finally got to 28 gig it (again) went over the download limit. I have no idea what to do so if anyone could help, that would be amazing.

 

Edit: This means I cant start up the game and it seems like it only keeps downloading forever
