Proper units depending on plane for the campaign.

Hey Patt, recently me and my friends ran into a bit of an issue regarding units in the briefing and on the in-game map. 
It is a bit confusing to fly american or british planes and have the altitude written on the briefing and in the mission map with metric units, when these planes rely on MPH and feet for speed and altitude.

Do you think there is a way to make the conversion automatically depending on the plane for the given mission?
