Try clearing the browser cache?  I'm reaching, but it is one of those "reboot your windows machine" type of solutions.  Sometimes it actually works.

After many hours of worring, I can now access the site.
But don't ask me how I did it, I don't know myself. xD
I looked in the permissions, https, http etc! And voilà.

I think at first I must have mismanaged the permissions for the non-https site and then it blocked everything.
