[DBS]Browning Posted April 11, 2021 Posted April 11, 2021 (edited) I've been designing and 3d printing a small T-34 tank. I have almost no budget for the project, so instead of running on a geared motor, it runs on two 9g servos, which have proved quite capable. The plan is to add a functional turret and a custom made laser-tag system, so it can fight against the next tank I make. It's running with a spare battery and radio equipment here, but the finished version will be controlled via blutooth and have a much smaller battery. Edited April 11, 2021 by [DBS]Browning 3
[DBS]Browning Posted April 27, 2021 Author Posted April 27, 2021 (edited) The T34 is mechanically complete and just waiting a few electronic components and programming of the micro-controller. Some more details are to be added to the hull, such as exhausts and tools. Meanwhile, work has started on it's opposition. Edited April 27, 2021 by [DBS]Browning 3 1
[DBS]Browning Posted November 9, 2021 Author Posted November 9, 2021 The T-34 is now fully running via Bluetooth, and I have painted it, although I have little skill in painting. It's opponent is running, but the upper hull and turret still need to be designed. I am also starting the programming work for the laser-tag system and sound effects. 1 1
