jollyjack Posted April 7, 2021 Posted April 7, 2021 Is there a trick to find the player (plane or tank) in the ME quickly? Got a downloaded mission with a great number of planes, and i want to change something to the player ...
Jaegermeister Posted April 7, 2021 Posted April 7, 2021 (edited) Look for the one with most of the green lines running to it. That should at least be in the same group. Edited April 7, 2021 by Jaegermeister 1
LLv34_Temuri Posted April 9, 2021 Posted April 9, 2021 Other way is to check from the .mission file which plane has "AILevel = 0;" and check e.g. the name of the plane and then search in ME.

This means having naming conventions and staying with them. In all my missions the player's plane is called Player Plane whatever type or model. In my missions the names are detailed and correspond to the function/action/type etc. It is important that you have your naming convention and then keep it. In this way I have the Player Plane immediately whatever the complexity. But I can also find easily many other objects or groups. 1 1
