How do I install skins?

I've tried to install skins for IL-2 for like a month now and I cant get it working, help?

@kp31 They go here - C:\Program Files (x86)\1C Game Studios\IL-2 Sturmovik Great Battles\data\graphics\Skins

Then place the skin in appropriate aircraft file.

Note that when you are in IL-2, the new skins will not show up in the default list. You need to go into the "Custom" list.

Luckily there is a new tool call HSD that can do it all for you. 

Follow the installation instructions and you can quickly and easily select and download the skins you want.
