No connection with authorization server bug

Dear community and developers
I think that I´ve found a new bug.
Since update from february I´m not able to communicate with the authorization server. So I´m not able to start the game.
I did a new full installation which brought nothing around this problem.

The solution is: I create a VPN-Tunnel to a (i.e.) Exit-Node in Germany, and then I can communicate and start the game normally.
Without the VPN, I´m at home in Austria nearby Vienna, the server doesn´t communicate with me.

I think the authorization server is blocking adresses from Austria (it´s the little country south of Germany and north of Italy ? ).

Which ISP (Magenta, AON?)
WIFI with private router or using the ISP modem, or LAN-cable.
Also what hours.

Looks like you may have to set something manually (ports) or got an MTU size problem or just have to work around something.
Surely can be debugged - but needs more info (preferably via forum DM, NOT public).

And the "master server connection" is extremely weak on top of it all. Always has been, always will be (or so it seems) unless some wonder (magic sales explosion?) happens.
