Mission-set fallback skin

It would be nice if the fallback skin in MP would default to the mission-set default skin instead of the generic default skin. This would help so that custom winter skins could fallback to the default winter skin on winter maps instead of a dark one, and would also improve immersion so that the fallback skins could be set to the same theatre as the mission.
