Shibbyland Posted June 6, 2014 Posted June 6, 2014 Hi All, I have played quite a lot of Rise of Flight and have never had Track iR. One of the things I found really good in Rise of Flight was the ability to use the Hat switch to free look as you would with the mouse. I also used to use padlock a lot when I first started playing. However, I found Cliffs of Dover much more difficult to play and therefore far less enjoyable due to the hat switch being more of a snap view i.e having to keep pressing the button rather than it just panning the camera around the cockpit. The padlock also 'un-locked' when aircraft passed out of view. I recognise this is probably more realistic but it did make the game harder without TrackiR. What I'm asking is... Are the controls and setups more like Rise of Flight or more like Cliffs of Dover given BoS has inputs from both developers? Does the game 'feel' more like RoF or more like Cliffs of Dover? Thanks Shibby
VR-DriftaholiC Posted June 6, 2014 Posted June 6, 2014 You should really buy a TrackIR you're missing out it's so amazing.
Shibbyland Posted June 7, 2014 Author Posted June 7, 2014 Hey, TrackIR would be great but its very expensive and difficult to get hold of where I am. Are you able to comment on my above questions in regards to hatswitch and padlock please?
