Best settings for smooth multiplayer experience

Hi old player here back from an year off what’s the best in game and nvidia control panel settings for smooth gameplay 

 

pc config is i9 10900f rtx 2080 and 16gig 3000mb ram 500gb ssd

Nobody can really tell you what is "best" for your individual system, or for your individual needs. (eg, 60fps is enough for some, others demand 120+, etc.) Your best bet is to simply run the game with the FPS counter turned on, and play with the settings. Start at Ultra and turn stuff down/off as you need to in order to get the performance level you desire.

 

If you can get performance you're happy with in a quick mission with overcast weather at dawn/dusk, with the maximum number of planes plus ground units, then you're well on your way.
