No, and more seriously there's no bulldozer for levelling airfields.

Well you'd need a surveyor first - so let’s not get ahead of ourselves.

So that's the joker who kneels down and says "OK I reckon we just need to shave down that corner there, then shove the spoil over to that lower bit there.  Old Pete said he'd come down with his roller this afternoon;  a few strokes with that and job's a good'un".  Where could such a man be found?

Oh, no no no...you have no idea.

No the surveyor isn't the joker, trust me...he holds a job that actually should exist.

Now the person working for the Department of Ecology, The Army Corps of Engineers, the Planning Department...all of these people belonging to bloated agencies that are busy charging thousands and thousands of dollars in fees for "Reasonable Use" permits, SEPA reports, Wetland Report, S-VAR application, Biological Site Assessment, Wildlife agency permit....tens of thousands of dollars, so that you can build a 10 x 10 structure that might happen to be within 50' of a seasonal puddle (that they deem a "wetland") those my friend are the jokers. The surveyor is the one guy on the process that actually should have a job.

Dealing with this right now as a matter of fact.

So those guys will have to be added to the mission editor before the surveyor , then the Cat is the final stage.

After all of this, we can build an airfield...it takes time...so a ways to go I think. ;)

Fortunately this game is set mainly in countries too advanced to have heard of those measuring units.

I heard there is an Army Engineers module in the works where you go in and build ALGs after D-day. Tractors, Ma Deuces and a new Marston Mat object. You can shoot back at strafing planes with a .30 carbine.

Sssssh... ;)

Not an ME way but you could use this

you could also delete the grass in the ingame adjustments. I’m also not a fan of those 2D objects.
